Two traps sit in the prices. The from-price on the OceanAir Travel card is the shared tour for two adults, so a solo traveller pays more than it shows. When the museum alone is the better buy

Between the museum and the pyramids

The museum sits just north of the plateau. From the museum it is 2.8 km by road to the Mena House side of the plateau and 5.5 km to the plateau visitor centre, a short hop by van; in a straight line the Great Pyramid is about 1.9 km from the museum.
